Check out the Rock Ledges at the mouth of the Cumberland River - Looking out onto Bass Strait from small carpark on the left hand side of the River Mouth the rock platform is virtually straight in front of you. Also look at Artillery Rock - Google either / both Be Safe and spend 30 minutes watching ...

Contact Consumer Affairs as well as VCAT for advice - Also have a really close read of your Insurance Contract and see if it contains any comment regarding "Wear and Tear" as well as comment as to what they consider constitutes "Accidental Damage" - Good Luck - Feedback appreciated.

Rain on the water surface a natural thing for fish - Rain on fisherman, not so much.
Had some exception fly fishing at Lake Eucumbene during light rain.
Always got away from water during thunder storms with lighting strikes.
