Try a SARCA and a boat length of chain. I've used them for over 15 years now and have never had one let go.

Yep, squid's hard to beat. Tonight for round 2 we had our usual, Flathead and Calamari marinara with white wine, onion, garlic, tomato & parsley.

The Tandaco seasoning is tasty, I make my own variation, plain flour, fine breadcrumbs, salt, white & black pepper, chilli powder, Chinese five spice and garlic powder.
