Re: Geelong waterfront dining

Sailor's Rest is supposed to be really good. I was at Edge on the weekend, it was decent.

https://www.marinebusiness.com.au/news/business-as-usual-says-evolution-boats I wouldn't buy one regardless. Very poor boats IMO. In what regard? The ain't known as Flipperlutions for nothing. Re: Kayak trout fishing

I've done a bit of fishing on lakes on the yak. A pedal yak is the way to go, and if it can go in reverse even better. Re: Bar crossing goes wrong

On two occasions I have buried the bow of my boat into waves whilst exiting that entrance. Getting absolutely drenched on one occasion as the clears were pushed in. Although not the current fashion this is one of the reasons why the man hole type canopy is better than a bimimi plus clears. The wate...

Re: Best and worst commentators

Basil ******* Zemplis ***** me to tears. Won't forget his call of Richmond vs Freo a few years back where the tigers got a sizeable jump on the undefeated Dockers. For 2 and a half quarters even into the last 5 minutes with a still sizeable deficit he was still claiming Freo were coming to take the...
