Just like to hear peoples comments regarding the lowering of the water level over the winter period at Lake Mulwala to control the Aquatic weed.
Will this have any effect on the Cod fishery ?

Went to the Loddon river today, got 3 good size carp, 3 yellas and to my surprise a "what i think is an Aussie Bass" please correct me if i'm wrong.

Hi All,
A well known tackle shop owner said its not worth using cheese for Cod at Eildon due to the fact there are not many Shrimp in the Lake.
Wondering what are other Members thoughts on this comment.

I've got 3 6500's (early models) still going strong, use for PPB on snapper and if a good size Gummy takes the bait it handles them well.
I use them on snapper rods and also excellent on my surf rods.
