good onya mate, used to do a lot of that sorta fishing myself back in the day. if you're game enough climb down some of the ladders in docklands, and have a look underneath them with crabs and hold on

Toga are such a sick fish. had the privilege of catching one mid jan this year at borumba dam on the Sunshine Coast. from what I've heard borumba is the most reliable place to catch a toga around the area so if you're really keen, rent a yak for a day or something and make the drive. the hit from it...

try fishing around the full moon and using tougher baits such as squid. other than that you can't do much about the sea lice and you'll have to check your baits pretty often
