Re: Aluminium fabricator

Have you tried barcrusher? I had some aluminium work done , rod holders and canopy by pelagic boats out in Wonthaggi. Aluminium fabricators seem to be hard to find when it comes to small custom jobs. The guys out in Wonthaggi did a good job but you have to be very specific with what you want. Unfort...

Re: Broker Marine- insolvency sale

Good excuse for a few days away. They look reasonably priced at the moment.

Re: Edencraft 6.0m Review/Report

Had bubbling around the side pockets, near the rear around bait well and some near the base of the hard top. Couldn't tell you honestly if it was electrolysis or a paint issue. It would annoy me but never got the chance to fix it as the boat got stolen. Did you sell your old boat? What size is the n...

Re: Edencraft 6.0m Review/Report

That's an interesting review. You hear nothing but good things about the 6m edencraft. I guess you are always going to find things that don't suit your needs. Re: Engine options

I've had Yamaha, Suzuki and Merc. The new motors are all great . Get a 4 stroke and you will love it, quite, fuel efficient and no smoke. Stick with your boat that your enjoying and the new motor will make a great addition.
Good luck

Re: At 30 knots

I will adjust them slightly next time I'm going out. I inherited the unit with the boat. It had a 115 4 stroke and I upgraded to a 140 4 stroke so with the added weight it may have adjusted the angle slightly.

Re: At 30 knots

Ok, I'm running the HDS Gen2 Touch 9". The long transducer is for structure scan. I understand that they should both be mounted. I only run the one unit. I will try adjusting the smaller transducer slightly next time and see if it makes any difference.
