Yeah got to wade out a long to cast into deeper water at low tide. Pilchard fillets worked best. Lots of toadies around but didn't have them go after the pippi or squid.
Last time I caught a flathead and a large mullet

Westerly winds
It seems this weekend has gone to hell before it got here as I was planning on a camping trip down at Kilcunda, campsite is a mud bog and the westerly wind is NOT recommended for there due to the weeds.. So fellow fishermen & fisherladies, is there any advice for me on where in the Sth East of Melbo...

Is it worth going or should I postpone it?!?!

Thanks guys.. Just think we might head to Kilcunda and stay at the Powlett River Caravan Park, so if we want and had enough of the surf can tackle the powlett

Hey everyone, haven't posted in a while as I've been flat out with work, TAFE & family, so it's time to get out for a fish.. Looking to go camping for a weekend where I can pitch a tent and relax nearby a beach.. Does anyone know of anywhere cheap/free?? I was hoping to go to Kilcunda/powlett River ...
